  3. Bidwell needs to surround himself with quality, and don't tell me he's cheap, he paid Kyler too much trying to get the Cardinals to the top.
    Arians wasn't a candidate with experience as a HC before he came here, he wasn't a total newbie like Kingsbury, and he wasn't new blood like Gannon, Arians was an asst passed over for too long behind Tomlin (not saying he should of been promoted within the Steelers, Tomlin deserved to stay in charge at the time).
    The Cards need another long time asst. on a quality team, not a retread coach. For every Andy Reed and Sean Payton there's 5 to 10 retreads that didn't deserve another chance.
    If we can't get the right retread, then we should get a top quality asst who keeps getting passed over.

    I'm curious who fits this bill beyond Anarumo, please comment.

    I like Anarumo because his Bengals defenses stopped the Chiefs year after year without the big pricey stars.
    His Colts defense this year has struggled at the end of this season, but he's been there less than a year.
    The players are new to his defense and likely not his first choice in some position, he hasn't had the chance to develop them.

  4. Hawks fan here, but I live in Phoenix I like the nfc west divisional games that are here in Glendale. But to fight heavy traffic to see the games not competitive and your team is a automatic underdog makes you just pay to watch at home.
