I was jazzed when they selected Herbert, after 15yrs of mediocre Rivers. Stats can lie, and I watched him let us down year after year. When Herbert tanked that lead against Lawrence I saw another 15yrs of mediocre.. I quit as a fan that day. I set out the following NFL season. I hate the Chiefs. And came back the day I watched Purdy come in for Garoppolo. The rest was history. I'm riding with this kids career. No mediocre here. Go Niners!
