And a 1st team all-pro season
I was at that game! Lived near KC at the time so was a fun turn of chance for them to play there. Was sure it was over at half but honestly was just happy to be there. Our section of the stands went dead silent when Mariota threw the TD to himself, except for my loud ass screaming lol. Three shout outs: shout out to one of my best friends for surprising me with tickets because I “honestly just deserve to see my team live in the playoffs.” Shout out to the Chiefs fans in my section who shared their smuggled in booze and deer jerky with me in the name of good sportsmanship. And shout out to the two massive Chiefs fans who showed up out of nowhere to tell the only drunk Chiefs fan trying to pick a fight with me post game to go fuck himself. 10/10 would go through that experience again.
Man, I thought for sure he was going to get an INT at the end of that game to win it.
I kept hoping he would get the game sealing int but they didn’t throw anywhere around him
