There is nothing better than a dominant LGRW win against a division rival. Also, the Sens bottoming out makes it even better.
I think it’s normal to not be used to this winning culture given what the team (and fans) have been through the last several years. Last night the team defense was outstanding, and Rayzer’s hustle getting to that open net set the tone for the rest of the game. They believe in each other and it is fun as hell to watch. Here’s hoping the Olympics don’t completely crater our record on the other side.
That was a statement win last night. Head to head with the team you’re tied for first place with— and you shut them out. What a great time to be a Red Wing fan.
