3. A friend sent this to me delighted that Ernie had managed to get on the pitchers’ vacation.

6. I like to think that Max Scherzer is just going to show up at the Blue Jays complex on “pitchers & catchers” day in Spring Training. He won’t be signed to a contract. He’ll just be there and start working out and no one will feel brave enough to tell him that can’t be there.
