7. I really enjoy listening to your breakdowns of the Raiders. As I watched this guy at Cal you could see he had tools. Now on the brink of Indiana's possible first ever National Championship, in his interviews he humble thankful and builds up his teammates giving them praise, a true leader. His skills have been proven on the field and I wish him well in the upcoming game. Now we need to straighten out our offense and give him and Jeanty protection and support. 15. Mendoza is Latino new era Andrew luck. I’m sold on this kid, I’ve had the pleasure to watch most of his games this season. He’s legit! These so called “analyst” are saying raiders don’t deserve a qb right now because they need to trade this pick for something else. 22. I think mendoza follows his receivers with his eyes too much. Can't think of any clips of him looking at one receiver to influence the defense and then throw it to another. That's the only knock. He takes some sacks but that tends to get him more focused. Hope he can get that focus and avoid the sacks in the nfl
