  2. Here’s how you “find” ways to get over that. Address your weak O line, D line and linebackers.
    Get a real #1 receiver. Keep Pierce and Downs. Utilize Warren more..you know..like in the first 8 games. Make better play calls and learn from your past mistakes (you haven’t IMO).

  13. Offense is great but we can be better without Pittman. Trade downs and sign a WR that can seperate. Now D line is another story. Straight to garbage

Shane stop repeating I need to be better and actually take steps to be a better HEAD COACH there’s no denying your ability as an OC but it doesn’t matter start by giving up play calling and just like SIrianni did when he turned the play calling OVER TO YOU in Philly and you concentrate on the BIG PICTURE game management situational Awareness in game strategy motivating players 🤔 you know HC requirements that you are TERRIBLE at and have been that’s why your teams can’t win big games blow leads NEVER come through when the game is on the line lack mental toughness etc saying it’s on me and I need to be better and actually take steps to be better 🙏🏻

  17. I can understand wanting Chris gone but inasont understand why people and fans want to change coaches every 2 or 3 years that's how you stay mediocre. Steichen is a great offensive coach and obviously him and DJ have great chemistry. Fans think that changing the coach is ultimately going to take us to the SB and thats just not the case. Yes he needs to improve late in games but he is a good coach and play caller and its proven. And the players play for him and thats what you want is players that dont just lay down and quit on a coach. That shows that he has the players respect. If yall want a team that changes coaches every 3 years then go be a Browns or raiders fan. The beginning of the season showed thatt this team has what it takes. Just need to be able to deal with adversity better. But the pieces are here.

  21. I don't like this guy always came here keep saying the damn same thing. His lack of play calls and professionalism really hurt this team. Him and Ballard should be the first two to get rid of, but Carly has a soft heart and doesn't know the history of this sport really going to hurt the future of this team big time

  22. Carly open your eyes and see the bright side, listen to the fans and get rid of Ballard and this guy. Their are experiencing GM and head coach out there that can help this organization

  23. It never really feels like he’s upset, it almost always seems like he’s fine but has to look sad to get away from criticism 😂😂
