  1. If tucker wants 40 million per year then Cody is worth 43 per year cause he’s superior in everything . Defense tucker doesn’t cover the ground Cody does tucker doesn’t have the strong accurate arm Cody has. Tucker hasn’t won MVP yet Cody has. Tucker hasn’t had to deal with shoulder surgery like Cody. Yet still last season Cody had more hrs more RBIs higher batting average . So yes Bellinger is worth more than tucker by far. Mark my words analytics said this man was finished they were wrong I k ew it was his injuries I was right same way I know Cody will have better seasons ahead like MVP type years and yes he’ll win another MVP tucker will never have one period. My wish was for dodgers to bring him home but it won’t happen. Yankees have upper hand but some of their fans are a bunch of idiots that don’t know baseball all they know are stupid analytics same ones Cody prove them wrong

  2. I agree I would give up on this guy.
It is clear he does not want to be a Yankee. He’s just using the Yankees for leverage. .
He is not worth $37 million per year over seven years . This would definitely be a bad contract for the last three years of this contract.. It just might end up being one of the worst contracts in baseball..
And I hope the Yankees will not pursue this any longer

  3. I’d rather Bo at shortstop than paying bellinger. Bellinger hit 29 homers last year, highest since 2019 with the advantage of short porch in right. You can get .260 career BA and 25 homers for a lot less than 30 million a year. I’d rather see two young guys like Jazz and Bo holding down the Yankees middle infield positions for the next 5 years

  4. Gonna price himself out. Then he'll have to play on a 1 yr deal for like $30M.

I like ya Cody, but not THAT MUCH. I would've preferred Cody because he's more versatile, but now I'm on the "Go get Tucker" train.
