He defense was solid af this game. This off season he needs to work on his finishing game and his floater/baby hook
needs a back to the basket game.
The slow drives are completely ineffective against athletic bigs
I still have hope, but need to see more. He started out the season with a lot of confidence. Then he started to try to much razzle dazzle and started making mistakes being inefficient.
He needs to stick to the basics and use his foot work more. Stop trying the fancy passes and shots and make the easier plays.
His defence is surprisingly good against smaller guys. Still needs work guarding bigger guys.
That corner 3 definitely needs to be in his repertoire. Liked seeing that. I honestly, like all of the Nets rookies. They need an offseason of NBA weight training and conditioning. They are going to look so different next October.
