First, I enjoyed watching Fedorov and held no ill will against him when he left (i.e., I didn’t boo him when he came back). I genuinely want people to be happy; if you’re not happy in Detroit, that’s fine. Go be happy.
Second, I’m watching this video on my PC w/ the Utah & Columbus game on the other monitor. I’m looking left and right comparing goalie sizes. Just, wow… yeah, I mean I knew goalies are bigger now (physically plus bigger pads), but it always hits home when you have that side-by-side view. Pretty sure the Russian 5 would still score frequently on today’s goalies with their amazing puck skills, though. I miss that level of skill and flow.
