The biggest thing he brings is being able to shoot tough shots. That said his injury history has not been great.
This slump is so bad, I’m begging Vassell to come back
I said in the game thread he’d give us a 6-15 shooting game but it’d be that 6-15 shooting that would win us the game.
Should I drop Castle for him?
He’s the true glue for us. The rock might never be passed from him but he can definitely shoot the lights out.
At least 2 of our missed shots from guards would’ve been tough middies from Devin even IF he himself has a bad shooting night and his help defense literally gets at least 1 more steal on average
Who’d have thought missing Vassell’s spacing would hurt this team the most
Even with Wemby out last couple months the Spurs were doing pretty good without him
The team isn’t built around him but you can tell they miss his role as a safety valve and the fact that he’s another defender you can throw at an opposing team’s perimeter offense.
It’s crazy how the spurs and okc are able to tank long enough and have good GMs to draft good players. Sucks that Luka took his team to the playoffs. He should have played like wemby and sga, just good enough but not enough to make it to the playoffs.
