  1. I skate with a buddy who's son plays D1 hockey and he was home this past summer and we brought up why can't more people stop some players. He had an interesting point, he said " you could but me at the top of the crease and clear out all the guys so its just Ovi and whoever is passing him the puck and the puck would hit the net before I even react, thats how fast the shot is. Now, do the same with an NHL goalie and maybe they stop 2 out of 10. But thats likely because it hits them, not them saving it.". Made us all really look at it differently. In a perfect setting, the goalie see's the puck come off Ovi's stick, but likely can't move fast enough. Then add in sometimes you don't even see it, just hear it wizz by you. Its insane.

  2. Next to Backstrom & Strome… Carlson probably has he Most assists on Ovi's Goal! Looks like nothing… But to make a Pass right on the Tape without any Head movement to not telegraph the Pass… Is not Easy!

  3. Для того, чтобы стать лучшим бомбардиром НХЛ, достаточно просто встать в левый круг вбрасывания и научиться бросать 😂
