  1. Deni’s car accident is a huge concern. I treat many auto injury patients and the number of traumatic disc ruptures I see is greater than not in these cases. The problem with these injuries is that patients often don’t know there’s a tear in the first few weeks because the tear starts deeper in the disc where there’s no nerve endings, and as it continues to tear they’ll eventually feel it once that tear has made its way out to the outer third.

Ligaments and disc injuries are far worse than any strains and even some fractures as they don’t heal back to 100%.

The responsible thing the Blazers medical staff should’ve done right away is get him MRIs right away.

Fingers crossed he’s just got a strain, but time will tell.

  2. Regarding the comment in the podcast about Deni fans going crazy if Blazers management continues to have covert practices on players' health status, I can assure you that you should not be concerned.

As a small but proud country, we are used to getting information "through the window" if we can't get it from official channels. Once his friends and family hear the news, the neighbors will soon find out, followed by everyone else. In addition, Deni has an extraverted nature; thus, it would not be surprising if he responds immediately if asked.

We will cordially keep you all updated.🙂
