I don’t know who to believe anymore

  1. We will see. Everything that comes out is public negotiating tactics. Maybe they want another pick, maybe it’s true they want to wait.

  2. They saw the warriors game last night and putting out the pressure to pay up. Every FO is capping right now to get the most value.

  3. It makes sense the nets don’t own their first round pick next year in 2027. Houston has right to swap with Brooklyn so if they do get a top three pick in a stack draft class they may want to be competitive next year with MPJ. There’s no incentive for them to tank next year.

  4. He’s getting moved. Sell high. Dude is balling out this year and there are no guarantees in business. As long as MDJ and FO aren’t stingy with picks we have a very good shot of landing him. The only situation where it should be a non starter would be a Mikal Bridges trade scenario, where we get fleeced for most of our picks. Otherwise, for the love of god, make something happen

  5. MPJ isn’t making this team a contender. Realize the Nuggets let him go for a reason.

  6. Posturing/negotiating, let’s see where we are end of this week when Kuminga is trade-able. I hope we get that shit done quickly for everyone’s sake so everyone can move on.

  7. Wasn’t BK’s plan all along was to flip him? He’s an injury risk but a good player with an all time trade market value, they’re moving him.

  8. Uh? Keeping him makes their lottery chances significantly worst. That makes zero sense. Lol

  9. Lmaoooo. Same delusional things I heard last year about Cam Johnson. The Nets HAVE to trade him. The Nets have no use for him!!!

The Nets waited until the offseason and got an all nba player and an extremely valuable post Jokic pick.

Y’all desperate motherfuckers will say any shit. Here is the truth: THE NETS DONT HAVE TO TRADE MPJ NOW OR EVER.

  10. no one knows whats going on or whos really available all we can do is wait and see

  11. Don’t believe anything until it happens. Everything is a rumor until it actually happens.

  12. Start by not believing anyone whose salary depends on the number of clicks their posts get.

  13. Brooklyn is almost certainly doing this for leverage to get more assets. But we really are boned if this is somehow true. There aren’t difference makers available otherwise.
