  1. How can anyone possibly compare Stefanski and McDaniels offensive play styles and say they are similar? McDaniels didn't have Tua turn his back to the defense at all this season. McDaniels offense put up 70 points in a game 2 years ago. Stefanski struggles to put up 20 points a game.

  2. I agree with G Bush. It’s weird to me that coaches want a player tailored to them rather than vice versa. I’m a teacher. I’m going to figure out how that kid learns and then teach them in the way that works for them. That’s why I have success teaching 4th, 6th, 7th grade kids who are illiterate. I believe some of these interviews are just for optics. SOME PEOPLE say no one will want to coach for the Browns. Andrew Berry is proving that’s just not true. Some of these people interviewing have no chance of getting the job.

  3. Jason compared Mike McDonald’s offense to Kevin sorry azz Stafanski offense Jason can’t get Kev off his mind 😂… Mike was under the Kyle Shanahan tree how tf he come up with that comparison Jason a joke 🤣

  4. Mike was fired because they're chasing the white whale and want to pair the new gm with his own coach. That's it. Not based on what he did

  5. Jay is like those dudes on reddit that just wants a staff full of former head coaches lol. Buddy McDaniel will be a hc here or he won't be here. Period. He can go be OC for Lions and after a year be the top coaching candidate and ppl on this panel will sit here a year later and wish browns had hired him instead of Dan pitcher.

  6. G Bush the only 1 that talk wit sense the way the other guys r talking it seems like will hire someone who works at a grocery store or something omg the browns cant have nobody

  7. HC Eric Bieniemy has the pedigree that will help cultivate a winning culture, 10 seasons with the Chiefs, 5 years as OC, instrumental in the development of Patrick and Kareem Hunt who led the league in rushing his rookie season oversaw an offense that was consistently elite during his tenure, winning two SB. KC haven’t been at the same level on offense since EBs departure, check the numbers. Fast forward to last season and this past season KC offense has struggled, they even missed the playoffs entirely. That’s yrs 23, 24, 25 the chiefs offense has been in decline, coincide that with EB leaving in 22. Yes they’ve won since his exit but the offensive side has been struggling for some time now. Meanwhile he’s excelling as Bears RBC honing his skills under “guru” Ben Johnson, their offense is top 10 but their rushing game is a significant factor in why the bears have one of their best teams in a decade. EB has a 7th rd RB looking like a pro bowler, along with Swift. Bears finished the 2024 season 25th in rushing yards per game, 102.0 yards. Bears 3rd in rushing yards, 144.5 yards per game, establishing a strong offensive identity with a focus on running the ball, who’s responsible for that improvement? A proven pedigree, it’s pretty evident that EB current role along with his experiences has sharpened his abilities to lead men, develop players and contribute to team success. A pedigree that demands respect, leadership that has proven to produce at a high level, a culture builder who is poised to change the trajectory of a franchise.

  8. To jason and Jay yall slow af …we have the best situation we have the best defense the best player in the league…a qb a 1st rd qb on a 5th rd contract …you literally only have to fix the oline and WR core

  9. McDaniel has proven to do a lot with a little. Exactly what the browns need. Pair his abilities with Schwartz is the perfect pair. McDaniel immediately gives this team a lift. He coaching tua and quinn, Mike don't care that much. Also their run game, amazing!!! Wait what's his record, did he make the playoffs???
