  2. i think the odds of John coaching us are 25%. because everywhere else i look they don't even mention the Raiders as one of his choices. It sounds like Giants, Dolphins, Falcons and Green bay all have a better chance.

  4. Lane Kiffin, Tarver, Pierce, Mcdaniels, sometimes young and innovative coaches don't work either. Kubiak and Shula should really be the only two considered over Harbaugh if you want to go young. But Harbaugh is still hard to pass on if he wanted to choose the Raiders.

  13. No way I would put Saleh over Harbaugh. I think he's a coordinator not a HC.

    But I would take Minter or Kubiak over Harbaugh, but if we bring Harbaugh in and he wants a McDaniel or Davis Webb as OC I would be totally happy.

  17. Nah don’t want him. His resume is due to good drafting GM. His coordinators always get pouched and he’s a special teams coach. He offers nothing and his special teams cost him the playoffs. Plain and simple.

  22. John b better than kubiak. John has exp. Kubiak is only a oc. Minter is only a dc. Josh mcdoofis is a better oc than kubiak n look what mcdoofis did. A.p. was a solid dc n look what a.p. did. We dnt need a good oc or dc as coach. We need a coach with exp. Ben johnson is doin ok

  23. It wouldn't be a bad hire but we need to get a college coach or younger guy!! Mitch you can keep harping on Josh McDaniels all you want. Just because he wasn't a good Head Coach for us doesn't mean he isn't a good coach. Look at where he is!! The Raiders haven't been near as successful as Josh McDaniels as an Offensive Coordinator!! He is definitely a good OC and he does know how to develop a good young QB so give the man his props!!
