  4. There’s going to be a full season lockout in 2027 so not shocked about payroll. Plus half the league has no TV money anymore essentially. It’s a mess. Time for a cap/floor and national TV system just like every other sport.

    Let's think critically for a second. They could do nothing and they wouldn't have the same lineup as last year. There are guys that came in during the second half of last season and helped the team go 42-25. You have an influx of young talent that this team will see for the first time.

  8. Infield up the middle is weak, 1st base is poor, lineup can't hit over 220. We have some pitching. Record for 2026 will be worse than last year.

  9. You have to consider the Guardians won the Central with basically this same team. And with a lockout in 2027, and a new basic agreement coming, the owner and front office are going to sit tight.

  10. And the dolans are sitting on about a billion dollars in profit equity. Yet they can only spend what they take in we got to keep that billion dollars for the family screw the fans!

  16. Fuhk the Dolans and all fans who support the Dolans!!!!! The Dolans have the money to put some money into the team and bring in the power hitter or 2 and some pitching the team needs to get the team to a World Series and bring the City of Cleveland a World Series Title to Cleveland for the 1st time since 1948, The Dolans need to spend some motherf'ing money on the team now or they need to Fuhk off and sell the team to someone who will like Mark Cuban, I believe that he has a connection to Ohio,or Elon Musk who has expressed interest in owning a professional sports team or 2, perhaps he could not only buy 100% of the Cleveland Indians,but he could also purchase 100% of the Cleveland Browns and permanently remove the Dolan Family from the Indians ownership and he could permanently remove the Haslams from owning any part of the Browns, Elon certainly has the money to own 100% of both teams and might be willing to spend the money needed to bring a championship to Cleveland, likely several championships to Cleveland
