9. The problem with this team is all the bs social media content that drives narratives that are against the coaching staff if we don't win. They will push narratives that are not even true constantly and I feel this makes it too hard for anyone to get this team back on track.

15. I tend to agree with David Carr. Mendoza is good, but we need some big uglies. We win and lose in the trenches. McKenzie started that, and we got progressively better as we went. Look at the teams that won with mediocre qb’s and basic running backs. If not in the draft then through trade and free agency.

    Josh McDummy…,AP and pete carroll? AP was a motivator but no real skill set to step in call plays or teach.
    Almost 10 seasons wasted while other teams had faster success.
    If Raiders get Mendoza and Klint then if it doesn’t work out in 3-4 yrs then fine it was worth it.
