  1. I think Steve Cohen is giving David Stearns enough rope to hang himself. Let's face it, METS FANS, he brought him in to make this team a CHAMPIONSHIP type team. Besides, Steve's a HUGE METS FAN just like US. STEARNS is ON THE CLOCK. If he DOESN'T PRODUCE, he's GONE. STEVE'S WATCHING. We're ALL WATCHING. 👀🏆✨️

  2. The only way that the EVIL GRINCH STINGY STEARNS signs a high profile free agent is if STEVE COHEN does some arm twisting. If not, forget about it. The only good news is that LUISANGEL ACUNA smacked 4 hrs in a single game at the VENEZUELAN WINTER LEAGUE.

  3. What's all this hype about TUCKER? HOW MANY TIMES HAS HE PLAYED OVER 140 GAMES? HOW MANY TIMES HAS HE HIT 35 PLUS HRS AND OVER 10O RBIS? HOW MANY TIMES HAS HE STOLEN 40 PLUS BASES? HOW MANY TIMES HAS HE LED THE LEAGUE IN OUTFIELD ASSISTS? THIS GUY IS OVER RATED..

  4. Once and for all.. Diaz said he wanted to be highest paid AAV without any deferment. Mets offer did not meet that as they included deferments and dodgers met his request with no deferment. Stearns is getting destroyed on a daily basis and Cohen chose wrong time to put him in complete control. It’s over.

  5. Am I crazy to think an expansion team in Puerto Rico? No denying it’s a BIG baseball town in San Juan or santurce or any town there actually. Or even in the US Virgin Islands. They can use the financial help for infrastructure and jobs. And Nashville also would be another great spot

  6. 6 years 45 million for Kyle Tucker with opt outs after year 4 and a ridiculous signing bonus like 30 million. That puts the contract at 210 million guaranteed with 90 million left if he wants to opt in for a total of 300,000,000 million dollars! That’s what gets Kyle Tucker to Queens! Actually opt out after year 3! So 165 million guaranteed with 135 million left on the board for him if he opts in!

  7. Why are you all talking about ST….with Tucker….give him a 6 or 7 year deal……he is 28 year old athletic player….Bellinger going to Yankees…Boston Bo….Mets Tucker….Valdez Baltimore….Soares back to Phil

  8. If the Mets dont get an SP and Tucker you might as well play the youngsters to see who can play. Phillies and Braves have better SP, offense and defense. Mets probably wont make the playoffs again.

  9. Many of the Mets best players, like Seaver, Koosman, Gooden Strawberry, Alonzo, Wright, Reyes, and deGrom, were homegrown. Alonso and Nimmo were homegrown. Why is it so hard to believe that Benge, Williams, Ewing, Clifford. Reimer can't yield two or three good position players or that Sproat, Tong, Scott, Wenninger, Santucci, and Watson can't yield 2 or three high-quality starters? These are nationally recognized prospects, not just names Mets fans have come up with.

  10. IMO, the Mets moved Alonso, Díaz, and Nimmo at the right time. With what’s coming, it made sense to reset. I see about a 90% chance of an MLB lockout after this upcoming season, and I think it’s going to be a long one. The owners and MLBPA are miles apart on core economic issues — especially a salary cap. Other major sticking points include the CBT/payroll structure, revenue sharing, service time and free agency rules, and minimum salaries. Unless there’s a major breakthrough, an offseason lockout — and possibly missed games in 2027 — feels very likely.
