15. We all really need to make it a habit to occasionally stop and refresh our perspectives. While the Glazing is nice and all, we are NOT a top desirable spot right now.

    Yes, offensive minded coaches are interested in that #1 pick and the rookie qb it can bring. But we also already have a GM, which many coaches with leverage will avoid.

    Most importantly, we have a crazy recent record of firing coaches. It’s insane to pretend that’s not coming up in every convo a potential coach has with their agent.

20. Definitely Attractive! You can sign a 3 year contract for millions $$.
    Then get FIRED after 1 year and get a 2 year PAID VACATION
