I’ve just returned from the future after watching Adam silver hand Ced the 2031 finals mvp trophy
I do really love the idea of Darryn Peterson and Ced being paired togeter to act as a two guard lineup without sacrificing defense and fits Iisalo’s spread the love and everyone create on the perimeter thing we have been doing a lot more when Ja isn’t playing. That would be an actual identity moving forward.
The downside to a move like that is you would only have like a year or two years of contention with Jaren on that team before things get expensive. We would need to be willing to a 1st apron team for a year probably before downsizing to get that full 3 years contention window you want with Jaren still on the team.
