  3. Here are my top Free Agents that the Raider’s should select. I picked players that will help immediately and won’t be influenced by Vegas Bright lights. OL Tyler Linderbaum, Joel Bitonio. DE Trey Hendrickson, CB Coby Bryant. LB Devin Lloyd & WR Alec Pierce. Vets that can help our young squad. Draft Mendoza Draft MLB Rodriguez & then best available at positions of need. And the turnaround start’s quickly 👍🏈

  6. Why is Jesse minter the best for the Raiders…I can see it with klint kubiak…why Minter his defense has been out performed 2 years in a row by Vance Joseph! So again why Minter and give us more than Michigan ties!

  10. The coaches from the Sean Mcvay / Kyle Shanahan coaching trees have good offenses. But the only HCs from those trees that go to Super bowls are Sean Mcvay or Kyle Shanahan

  11. This isnt a popular pick but I would take a good look as Saleh as HC and Daboll as OC. Salehs defensive schemes are top tier and would absolutely elevate Crosby and the rest of the defense. Daboll did good work with Josh Allen and Jaxon Dart, he would probably do well with whoever the Raiders take with the 1st pick. He would also probably stick around for more than a year or two. Some of these other OC candidates being considered will get HC offers once the Raiders offense showed any semblence of being competent.

  12. There's multiple combinations that would be interesting, but would involve lateral transfers with slight promotions such as assistant HC as a DC or OC, with a bump in pay of course such as Mintor and Joe Brady

  13. Raiders are stuck in a horrible position, and coach desperate enough to actually come here, is another coach that will be fired again next year. Same ol same ol.

  14. Idk how you dont see it. No one wants Harbaugh, he just has friends in the media and theyre trying to get his name pushed. That would be a D grade for me only not an F cause they could hire someone completely incompetent like me instead. Id be an F hire 😂

  16. Mitch, my nephew made a comment to you that if the Raiders were in a true rebuild, they should trade back and pick up more draft picks. You told him he was an incompetent Raiders fan. Sorry but I’m calling bullshit on you!
    This is one you are wrong on. What he said was true if we were in a true rebuild, but I think we aren’t, we just need a few pieces, QB being the biggest need.

    what does that actually mean…? it’s just words bc they all have spent time at michigan. idgaf about a michigan reunion. if we’re hiring someone just bc he coached at Michigan for a few seasons— that doesn’t make a lot of sense to me
