I really hope I don’t see a sea of red in the crowd again
I think we still see a bit of red just not as bad as last time. Last time it was like 40-45% 49r fans bet it’s 30% this time wich is still to much.
1200 for two tickets man
Late stage capitalism at its finest.
Edit: look i get people dont like adressing the elephant in the room, but the reality is seahawks tickets are in fact getting priced out for most locals, and the only way you can get them at affordable prices is to win a freaking lottery of getting on a wait list that already is gonna take years to even get. What people do after they get those tickets, who are we to tell them what to do? We dont even know how many of these season tickets are getting swiped by bots for scalpers. Its shitty, and theres no way to regulate it because venue tickets are stuck in a monopoly corporation that never gets held accountable for these garbage practices.
If you’re a season ticket holder, this is the absolute time to go to a game! You’re screwing your team over by potentially allowing opposing fans to take Seahawk seats, in a critical playoff game.
Not sure if this is the thread for this, but as an out of town Seahawks fan, is there a place to buy tickets from other Seahawks fans directly and not through a crazy marked up reseller?

This makes me so mad. I’m about to buy a plane ticket and club seats just to keep some whiners out of our stadium!
I saw a whiners fan on threads this AM bitching that this means Seattle is hostile to other teams fans being in attendance/so threatened by them attending that they have to shut them out. Nah dude, if you want a guaranteed spot at the game show up at home yourself.
Postcapitalism in effect. As the middle class shrinks, only the rich can afford to go to games. And since there are only so many rich in a given fanbase, you’re seeing more diversity of fans at games.
The league needs to figure out something here. I don’t know what, but they’re making money hand over fist and can surely figure something out. It’s hurting the product.
I’m looking forward to doing the marshawn Vegas casino bit to Niners fans downtown this week.
I got Season tickets and the couple in front of me have season tickets as well and they wear Rams jerseys every time the Rams are in town.
They need to find a way to buy out the corporations and resellers and open up more season tickets for real fans. Been a season ticket holder for close to 30 years now and while I end up paying about 2x for playoffs (which feels fine to me) I see all the people looking at $1000 for two people (or more) and it just seems insane to me.
This makes us look weak and scared.
Shame the tickets are so unaffordable. Would have been awesome to go!
Reminds me of a conversation I overheard while leaving a Kraken between two old boomers complaining that season tickets “weren’t profitable”.
It’s insane how many resale tickets are available on Ticketmaster.
