  1. the Raiders have been linked to every possible hire. Until we see coaches getting 2nd and 3rd interviews we won't have any idea which direction they are leaning.

  2. I think you’re absolutely on point with Flores I don’t want anything to do with that dude. I agree with the Kubiak higher and I am intrigued by Web.

  3. I would love to see Kubiak with the talent we have on offense. With the amount of reduced splits that he runs Jack Bech could become a star. In his offense a true X is not needed. Nice to have of course but not a necessity . Plus he is literally from the Shanahan and his dad's coaching tree. There's a reason why the most successful offenses currently all originated from Bill Walsh and the WC offense. Kubiak runs a modern version of this. Sign me up

  4. If you gave me a choice between Kubiak and Stefanski, I'd honestly have to flip a coin, I'd love to have either of them. Everyone else is 3rd choice at best

  5. Man this is coming from a 15 year old offensive concept. Its crazy that you even saud new. Klint has be coaching for 11 years. I think Ejiro is going to be a of a lot of interest when he does his interview. His offensive mind and defensive mind will surprise you.
A Great HC once said learn both sides of the ball.

  6. I like Klint Kubiak because he does not have an ego that forces a system on his team, he creates plays and game plans based on his players strengths

  7. Kubiak has never been a head coach in the NFL, so I think that's going to turn off Tom Brady and Spyteck going forward. They're going to want Kubiak to be the offensive coordinator while a head coach 'with experience' is running the team to make sure it's run the right way in their minds.

  8. I still think Stefanski is the best bet for the Raiders right now. His QB situation was a mess. His salary cap was a mess. The owner meddles. The Sanders family was back channeling media narrative to create external pressure. No effing way! Cannot believe he found any success there.

He’s good with QB development, can call plays, has HC experience, and found success amidst all the distractions and dysfunction in Cleveland. That guy can provide stability.

I wouldn’t be mad at Kubiak, but Davis Webb makes me nervous. Could be super sharp but he only has 3 total years of coaching experience. No HC or play calling experience. Also only been involved with one team. He doesn’t know what he doesn’t know. Maybe he will be great…but probably not next year or the year after, so that’s a different kind of hire for me.

  9. I just don't understand where the Brian Flores being the Raiders top choice narrative began. Brian Flores has been a 5% chance at most the whole time. Unless the Raiders are going to hire him without an interview i just don't see it happening.

  10. It would be weird that they haven't asked to interview Flores for over a week now, although he was available from the start (Vikings missed the playoffs). It can still happen, but that probably means they are not that interested and are concentrating on the guys they actually interview for now.

  11. Why would the raiders pick Brian Flores to mentor a young quarterback After he destroyed tua. He literally sent him texts, calling him a pussy. The right guy for the raiders that no one is talking about is mike mccarthy. He does nothing but wins, he runs west coast and he's developed three great quarterbacks, favre, rogers and prescott. I'd be okay with kubiak but mccarthy is a better choice

  12. Another way to look at Kubiak's resume is that he was fired from several places for not performing, whereas Flores stayed with a team for years because he was successful. I don't have a favorite among these coaches (I trust that Spytek and Brady will do their due diligence), but Kubiak only lasted one year as offensive coordinator in Minnesota and New Orleans. Just saying. 🤷🏾‍♂️
