I dunno. I absolutely will appreciate Matt for the rest of my life for giving us the best years of falcons football I’ve ever watched. I hope like hell he can deliver on the words he said today. But after watch him struggle to answer direct questions about his role. I’m left with more questions than answers. My biggest fear with this specific situation is that we remain a shitty franchise after the fact and Matt’s rep gets tarnished. Maybe I’m being pessimistic. But it’s food for thought.
