It’s because they did the opposite with Witt and Kingsbury. Witt was the Up and Comer that DQ could help. Kliff was the highly experienced retread.
It wasn’t a good fit so now they’re doing the exact opposite. The future star leading the O and the grizzled veteran leading the Defense, while DQ oversees everything everything like a CEO.
Please hire flores so he can tank Quinn and we can start over

Why not offer the head coaching job to Brian Flores? That would be a real shakeup. But if they were to hire Flores as defensive coordinator that would be awesome. It's a long shot however.
