I totally disagree, respectfully, with that fangraphs assessment. The Cubs are losing Tucker and replacing with Bregman, so that's a wash. Milwaukee is still better than the Cubs. Pirates will be no worse than 3rd, and could be 2nd, with the additions they've made. Getting bounce backs from Reynolds and Cruz, would be a very good lineup. You cannot pitch around anyone, and having say, Mangum lead off, and Horwitz 2nd, you get magum on, and his speed can generate that extra base, leading to more runs.

The improvement in offense has to come from Davis, Cruz, Reynolds, Gonzalez, and Triolo. Merely this, and nothing more!
