  1. “You can impress people with your strengths, but you connect with them through your weaknesses and vulnerabilities”. Really respect Sean. Go Bears 🐻⬇️

  2. Respect from a bears fan. Mcvay is one of the best in the game and will likely continue to be for years to come. Excited for a league that has Mcvay, Johnson, Shanahan, and McDonald at the forefront of the NFC.

  3. When the Rams got their turnover from the Panthers, I told my wife, it will only take them six plays to score, it them four – enough said.

  4. Looks like a lot of bears fans here like me , much respect to the rams , can’t wait for the game , great challenge ahead for us , can’t lie though after last week I’m a believer anything is possible, Sunday can’t get here fast enough 🐻⬇️

  5. As a bears fan. This is about to be a blood bath of a game. McVay is a fantastic coach man… this guy schemes up some nasty pass plays that have safety’s turn their heads!! His ability to get Puka wide open as much as he does is impressive. Allen has his work cut out for him. You can’t play soft Tampa 2, you can’t have DBs 10 yards off the WRs! This is where our secondary will have to execute at its highest level! ⬇️🐻

  6. I wonder if Matt Lafleur will be in soldiers field supporting his brother… 😅
Sure……. You don’t know anything about the Bears. 👍 😅
Wow!! Bears are facing the Rams and packers this game.
    Hmmm 🤔 interesting
    🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶
Cold as ice Sunday night, 17 to 9 degrees.
May the warmest team win. 😎

  7. A lot of Bears fans in here! As a rams fan, I love seeing the turn around of the organization so quickly. Ben Johnson is whipping Caleb into shape and showing his true potential. I love the energy this bears team gave to the packers. Sports need true rivalries. This is gonna be a fun game 🙌🏿

  8. I was at the NFC championship game in the 85-86 season against the Rams. That's when Ditka said it was the Smiths against the Grabowski's. At halftime the stadium announcer gave the weather forecast for the rest of the game "colder …with snow". And the stands went nuts. The Rams stood on the sidelines with heavy parkas on and looked up at the people as if we were nuts. Hope History repeats itself.

  9. Bears fan here. We respect the Rams and their HC McVey, class organization and HC. Looking forward to a beautifully orchestrated offense throughout the game, depending on the climate we'll see where the scoring goes.

  10. Man, some of the stuff he said was just great advice on leadership in any organization, and talking about keeping in mind the goal for the collective, even when you have to give bad information personally, its tough but that's what great leaders do. Appreciate how open and willing to share his mindset he is. Much respect for McVay, but Bear Down this weekend!

  11. Outmost respect for this guy here as a bears fan. Also was awesome to hear him say “its gonna be a nightmare to defend him” talking about Caleb

  12. It's funny how none of the ire and ill will we Bears fans had for last weekend's opponent applies whatsoever to McVay and the Rams. Gotta respect McVay, his approach, and what he's built there. Plus he's an absolutely captivating communicator. I think this is a game Bears can enjoy purely on the merits, and let whatever the outcome be what it is.

  13. Life long Rams fan going on 50+ years, this is the best Rams team so far. Can't wait for Sundays game. They had me tinking back to the old same Rams losing at the wrong time. after losing their last 3 of 4 games. They are in it now. They are weak at one outside receiver D.A. they could be stronger at linebacker positions.
