I think he’d be really good for Cam. The folks saying he should be OC are out of touch. He will land another HC job if he took a year at OC. Let him be the HC and run the offense and dial in a top notch DC.

I know there’s Harbaugh and stuff out there. But I want Mike McDaniel.
Whatever decision Borgonzi makes will be the correct one.
My 1st choice is HC Tomlin with OC McDaniels. My 2nd choice is HC Harbaugh with OC McDaniels. If neither of those can happen, I will settle for whatever Borgonzi decides is best for Cam and the Titans.
Why would we want a Dolphins retread?
Hire him and just get a defensive coordinator that has a more hard nosed style like Jeff wants. Win win. I’m always gonna prioritize the QB over everything.

I have been on the record on here that I don’t think McDaniel is a great HC, but I’ve honestly come around on him. I think I would be most excited about him coming to TN out of all the current candidates, mainly about what he would bring to the offense. That being said, I will still be cautiously optimistic about him as the head coach.
I had an impression he’s not a good leader. This video and the more I see has really changed my perspective.
Am I the only one that doesn’t really want this guy as a coach? Whats the appeal?
