The reality is that Kwesi & KOC set the team back years, by their own making and given a strong division with 3 other very good teams, it will be like climbing Mount Everest to get back to the playoffs. There is no viable QB option that would instantly make them a contender other than highly unlikely options of Burrow & Stafford! It is possible that Rodgers who should have been signed last off season could find the fountain of youth for one more year, but otherwise it is going to come down to JJM, improving tremendously, which is unlikely given his historically bad production this past season. Patrick, you always say we need a QB that can get over the hump and win playoff games. Everyone is kidding themselves if they think JJM is going to make huge strides to lead the team not only into the playoffs but making it deep in the playoffs. For anyone who says the Vikings almost made the playoffs this season, you are delusional because JJM’s performances at the end of the season was only moderately competent against horrible defenses, and the Packers who played 2nd & 3rd stringers!

6. Joe Burrow is going nowhere, Lamar Jackson is going nowhere, Mac Jones would cost a second round pick and he is not known for throwing the big chunk plays that KOC likes. Where are the QB's that are going to create this talented depth the Vikings are talking about? Jalen Milroe, Geno Smith, Kenny Pickett, Jacoby Brisett, Jimmy Garopollo, and Kyler Murray are all flawed QBs that would bring more to the table at this point than Max Brosmer but I don't see another Darnold out there. If they draft another QB I pitty him because KOC and the Vikings don't have the patience for a rookie QB.

11. Honestly I kinda want Rodgers for a season. He proved me wrong this year. I don’t think he’d do much playoff wise but honestly I think he could help JJ grow. Learning under an MVP QB would be amazing for his development.

17. Would love to see JJ change over the winter…get rid of the face paint, tone down the "rah-rah" and become a silent professional…keep your trap shut until you earn it…act like you've been there before.

Jj mccarthy looked good in the last few games, granted some of them were low tier defenses or even backups but he was still looking good, he’s gonna develop this off season and i think we bring in kirk on a small contract if nothing else for him to retire, but he’ll be a great backup/competitor for the starting position, and he’ll have knowledge jj can use

28. How about the Vikings hire a new qb coach, fire koc, promote Flores have him choose the oc he wants. Flores can be the head coach and dc and the oc can just take care of the offense. Hire daboll or McDaniel Vikings owners have to grow some balls. All the other teams are and stick with McCarthy as the starter with a quality backup option. There you go
