Current Chicago Bears assistant general manager Ian Cunningham is a name to keep an eye on to be the new Atlanta Falcons general manager. Cunningham paired with potential Falcons head coach John Harbaugh would be a lethal duo. Atlanta Falcons President of Football Operations Matt Ryan needs to make this happen.

SB Nation had this to say on Bears assistant general manager Ian Cunningham:
“Cunningham was the first name we heard linked to the opening after it became clear the team would fire GM Terry Fontenot, which they did after their final game of the season on Sunday. Cunningham works closely with Bears GM Ryan Poles, who was college teammates with former Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan, a widely reported candidate for Atlanta’s new president of football position. All three of those franchises (Ravens, Eagles, Bears) have added significant talent during Cunningham’s stints, and he was interviewed in the last couple of cycles, though he ultimately didn’t land his first general manager gig.”

    John Harbaugh and the Giants are working to finalize an agreement to make him New York’s next head coach and, barring a setback, a deal is expected, multiple sources tell ESPN.

    I say B because I wouldn't sign Pierce to huge money and turn around and use the first pick on a WR. I do have the Falcons drafting a WR, just not with their first pick. I love the start of it. I think Ian, John, and Willis I'm in bed with, then we differ. I'd like to see the Falcons sign Jordan Davis if the Eagles don't pick up his option and the same for Erick Stokes. In the draft I'm hoping AJ's brother Avleon slips to the second round in range for the Falcons. Ive seen him in the bottom 3rd of the first round in most drafts. Then Id go Z.Branch if he's there in the 3rd (his stock is all over the place) and Taylen Green in the 4th.

    I think this would give us the Ga and UGA connections Falcons fans seem to love Willis and Terrell growing up Ga and Davis, Stokes, and Branch from UGA. While at the same time massively improving team speed (Willis, Stokes, Branch, and Terrell) and size (Davis and Green 6'6 225), along with Talent. Green would give the Falcons a QB that has the potential; do a lot of the things Lamar does well with the right coaching and time, without utilizing a first round pick. They could bring him along slowly without upsetting the QB room and at the same time have insurance for Willis or Penix if neither works out.

I THINK THEY SHOULD CONTACT GREEN BAY & PITTSBURGH TO SEE IF A TRADE COULD BE WORKED OUT FOR MATT LAFLEUR OR MIKE TOMLIN IF NOT, BETTER SETTLE ON SOMEONE QUICK! THERE ARE 8 OTHER TEAMS (AS OF NOW!) NEEDING TO HIRE A HEAD COACH! NOT TO MENTION HIRING A GM, WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE BEFORE HIRING A HEAD COACH!

  26. I SAY DRAFT TRINIDAD CHAMBLISS FROM OLE MISS WE NEED A QB WITH LEGS THAT CAN MOVE OUT OF THE POCKET OR RUN FOR YARDS WHEN NEEDED! OUR QBs DON'T HAVE 1 GOOD LEG BETWEEN THEM!

  28. I have said it too many times Nobody Good or significant wants to come to Atlanta, unless they get paid a ridiculous amount. The Atlanta Fan base is Super Toxic. That’s why we keep getting trash as coaches.
