  1. As a die hard falcons fan I’m honestly okay with any one of the 4, i kinda lik kubiak though simply because of his offensive mind

  2. Yea give me kubiak , we’ve learned the hard way about losing oc’s to hc opportunities. Rather have the offensive mind at HC to go w ulbrich & the oc would be cherry on top hiring

  3. Honestly, I don’t mind who we land! There is a preference, but honestly, we have a great selection of choices! I just want a HC that gives a fuck to put us in position to win championships!!

  4. I'm a veteran Falcons fan, honestly this is my take on this. We need a young coach for the long haul. Yeah Harbaugh is good but he's up in age. He's not going to be coaching too much longer and once he decides to hang up we'll be back at square one and looking a head coach again. So I would prefer to go younger. Kubiak, Flores or McDaniel. RISE UP 🔴 ⚫️ 🔴 ⚫️

  5. The jury is still out on Penix, though. How is he when he comes back from his injury? How much will it affect him? What you say is true, but Penix still has to prove himself. With the right coach and offense plan, it could happen. The Falcons do have the 2027 draft to get a QB or free agency if Penix is not working out. I will get excited when we are in a Super Bowl and win. Until then, I will watch and see what happens. The Falcons lost my enthusiasm and emotional support 2 years ago. They have to earn it back again, and that won't be easy. As for which coach, I do not care because any will have to prove their worth. The past does not matter to me.

  6. Kubiak ….. young offensive mind, should be ready for the job …. Ulbrich, if retained has the defense playing really well …. takes the burden of finding a defensive staff, and will keep continuity of a good, young defense intact …. can just focus on building his offensive staff, and get a bridge QB, until Penix is ready to play …… If Penix isn't the OB for his system, then look for his guy …… this is a young man's game …..

  7. I want Kubiak. NFL history shows it's far more likely for a great, tenured HC like Harbaugh to not have success on the next team especially if they don't have an elite QB

  8. Y’all acting like there’s zero risk in taking Kubiak. Have we learned nothing from our last 3 or 4 HC’s. Don’t say Rah cuz he was never a day 1 HC. Should’ve learned in year 1 at Pittsburgh. Looked lost at clock Mngmnt, not enough of a take charge kinda guy. These things matter, so I hope Ryan gets it right.

  9. Falcons are desirable, but the QB situation is much different than what you present. Penix with serious injuries on both knees, now. Physical and psychological factors to coming back + he is not a proven NFL QB yet. Any HC coming in has to solve the 2026 starting QB problem.

  10. With Harbaugh I’d really want to know his staff…. The league is changing and he’s had an mvp QB and managed below expectations with him.

I still think he is the best option if he can get the right staff

  11. I want an oc hc that calls his own plays so there isn't a drop off in a year or two. But then again anyone that at least gets us back in the playoffs will be a win
