  1. Honestly, as a Chiefs fan, I’m enjoying this off-season! No cardiac arrest, no worrying over the IR list, and the haters and conspiracy theorist have shut up. I knew the Chiefs risked getting blown out in LIX — wounded teams that claw their way through a season, even 15-2 teams, almost always get trounced at some point in the post season — they pulled out a miracle win in LVIII, but doing it again was asking too much. And now I can root for Josh Allen/Bills and Stafford/Rams. After 50 years of mediocrity, the Chiefs had a dynastic run with 3 SB wins and 9 division titles, so I’m sated for now. If they can build a new team around Mahomes simply to be competitive, I’ll be happy, but without Kelce and Reid at some point soon, I don’t anticipate having anything close to this kind of success, and that’s totally fine. Tom can be the GOAT, Mahomes can fight it out with Allen to see who is the BOAT.

  2. I miss them too, Rich. The wild card round has been good. But, idk the Chiefs just got that special mystique. It becomes so obvious how hard it really is to achieve the repeat SB. Still looking forward to the rest of the playoffs and SB tho.

  3. I miss the 2018/2019 Chiefs/Mahomes. Not the way he or the team has been playing the past two years. It got to be like watching WWE – flags after every devastating play to keep them in the mix

  4. You know the take is so bad when it makes the Pats fan look like the reasonable one.

My Steelers may have embarrassed themselves in that 4th Quarter but I'll say this it's nice to watch a post season without the Chiefs, Ravens, Bengals, or Eagles now. I can relax and just watch football.

  5. No one who isn't a Chiefs fans or the media who got used to covering them, is missing them. No one. We just had the best wild card weekend. We have great matchups for the divisional round. Rich gotta stop with this nonsense. He's always stuck on old narratives about players, and it was like that with the entire teams this year. The Chiefs, Ravens and even the Eagles.

We definitely don't miss the obnoxious celeb Chiefs fans showing up on your show and making us grab the remote… I can guarantee that no sane fan wants to hear about the Chiefs right now, just like they don't want to constantly hear about the Cowboys.
