They're gonna cut Kelly & hopefully he retires. The concussions are beyond scary for him. I really think they're going to try & find a T in the first 3rds to replace O'Neill in a year or 2. Thieneman would be great.

Hargrave is traded ASAP. His contract is miserable.
Love these picks. We need a versatile Tackle too because Darrisaw is always injured and he’s on a big contract.
If they did the first 3 picks and then got Rodriguez it wouldn’t be one of those flashy drafts people remember, but the kind of draft people go “how did the team get this much better?” A few years down the line.
Final Luigi Take. C+ is too high and the B is ridiculous.
Kayden McDonald: D+ Can't play 3 downs is not athletic enough for the league. Does not get second contract from same team, may get opportunities due to draft position.
Dillon Thieneman: C- I don't see the athleticism and I certainly don't see him being valued in our scheme specifically. There's a reason no one has him in the first round and yet don't list his flaws. His instincts cover his athleticism and being on a good Oregon defense let him benefit.
Jake Slaughter: A+ definite position of need and someone we can play right away. There is no world where Ryan Kelly is a Viking expected to play even 5 games next year. Great player from a great scheme and is coached up ready to go. I would rather take Slaughter in round 1 than McDonald.
Seth McGowan: D+ Straight line guy. Can't cut. How? Why? The legal problems on top of it.

Vikes need to draft DT's, most take 3-4 years to even come close to being an all pro level of play so you need them on the team developing. Only 3 dts got to All Pro Level quicker than that over the last 15 years Aaron Donald, Chris Jones, and Jeffrey Simmons.
