2. This organization isn’t interested in winning Super Bowls. Why would Flores want to stay here at this clown 🤡 show anymore. Constantly bailing out KOC and his bum ass inconsistencies, year after year! Vikings will lose another coordinator in Flores that will go on to be a head coach somewhere else and win it all. As Viking fans we have watched this happened in the past with Tony Dungy and Mike TOMLIN. Same Old Story different ownership!

4. If I was Flores, I would walk into the owners office and tell them I want to be paid like a HC or I'm heading down the road!
   Of course, that might be a little ballsey but what does he have to lose!
   As far as I'm concerned, Flores has earned his salary and then some and you can make a case that if it wasn't for him, KOC would be out of a job by now!
   I hope Flores stays but I see him moving down the road to better things!

On one hand you have Flores who is probably the most flexible, adaptable, chameleon like scheme changing coordinator in the game and sitting directly across from him is KOC who is maybe the least flexible, most unadaptable shot caller in the game. Maybe it's this. Maybe Flores looks at KOC and doesnt think its going to work with him at head coach.

12. To me, it’s crazy that people keep criticizing Brian Flores for talking to two teams about coordinator positions. If he wants to be a head coach again, he should be talking to as many teams as possible to impress them.

    By interviewing for coordinator roles, he gets the opportunity to speak directly with ownership and decision-makers and make an impression. That way, when a head-coaching role finally opens up, they already know who he is and can see him as a legitimate future head coach.

I think Flores is just keeping an open mind and staying fresh and in touch with the coaching carousel…also probably checking his “market value”…I agree that if he is a DC next year then it will be in MN. I think his pride and ego may want another head coaching opportunity but I also think he is loving his DC role without all the headaches of being a HC. The lawsuit is still out there and DC money is still pretty darn good…
    HOT TAKE…maybe he is going to hold in MN to see if KOC ends up on the hot seat and a door in MN might open 🤔. I personally don’t think that happens but might be an angle

19. I think he would make a lateral move if he thought the head coach of said team was probably gonna get fired and he'd get the interim head coach title. Back door his way into a head coaching job. May be right here in MN if KOC doesn't right the ship next year😂

20. Doogie doesn't make sense. He could get a HC job next year if he stayed here as well. I think he has a general disagreement with someone in the front office that isn't being talked about.

28. Years ago when Childress was in his 2nd year the Vikings had Tomlin as their DC. Should have canned Chilly and elevated Tomlin to HC that year. It didn’t 2:51 happen. This is the same scenario. We need to learn from History. Fire KOC! Elevate Flores! KOC is nothing more than a modern day Childress. Fire Kwesi. Bring back Speilman with the understanding he’s helping get the front office back in order for the next couple years pay him handsomely and have him help and have a hand in helping hire the next GM.
    This franchise is a mess! And Kwesi and KOC have been 1A and 1B in putting it there.

29. He’s gone! He had to carry this team with defense the last few years, because of KOC incompetence on offense.
