My prediction, of course anything can change, but if we don’t hire any coach by the end of this weekend or early next and if Seahawks advance, at least we know who we are hiring “ Klint Kubiak “

Because the Falcons want to hire the GM and HC at the same time they might not announce the coach while the Bears with Cunningham are still in the playoffs.
we havent even conducted in person 2nd interviews… not happening by this weekend.

The fact that McDaniel and Stefanski haven’t been hired yet are making me think it’s Kubiak. Rumors coming into the offseason were that Matt knew who he wanted as a coach already too.
Someone sell me on Kubiak. I don’t understand the appeal of another first time head coach for our team with how the last 8 years have gone.
Screaming at the clouds here, but Fuck Stefanski. As a coach ,not human, lol. It’s easy to keep regurgitating that “2x COY” BS. What matters is when the game is on the line, when players are frustrated with their roles, etc. He sucks as a leader and is the same “offensive genius” that Arthur Smith is. Damn, some fans are so inebriated with mediocrity that you can’t tell when it’s right under your nose. Stefanski is another good ole boy that maintains status qou, doesn’t move the needle, not one bit.
If we hire him, I hope he’s good but 0 confidence it works out.

Odds are the highest for Stefanski. Kind of makes sense also dude won coach of the year 2x. The criteria to win that is hard, even harder on the Browns. lol
Kubiak has always seemed like the favorite to me
Kubiak almost has to get hired by a team this off-season.
