Is there even anyone we could realistically get with this package

  1. Miles Bridges? Patrick Williams? Deandre Hunter? It will not be someone that is expiring so it will likely impact our cap going forward, but probably still worth it.

  2. If Herb Jones was a 2 first round picks player, I’m unsure if Vando and Gabe nets us anyone worthwhile.

  3. Are we assuming Nico is floating around some FO at the time of this proposed trade? If not, I don’t think they’re fetching us much in return.

  4. The whole thing which NBA central doesn’t post is pick/picks would be packaged with them.

  5. Depends on whether the team ends up acquiring lesser frps with our 2031 one, like reported. I don’t think them alone will get us much tbh, maybe Miles Bridges but then again we’d have to include the first.

  6. we could easily trade them for Jabe Vandercent and Gareb Vinbilt…and probably no one else.

We’d have to burn 1-2 picks for anyone to even consider taking both of them, or a 3+ team trade.

  8. I don’t know who fits the bill here but it would likely be a deal where the other team sends the Lakers a player that makes about $25 million next year and they take on Vanderbilt who makes about the same over the next two years. Would either be a team looking to lower their tax dollars for next season or a team that’s not banking on summer 2027 free agency. Options are very limited.

  9. I can’t believe we thought Gabe Vincent was the missing piece who take us to the Finals in 2023. I’m never falling for Miami Heat role players again.

  10. Rob Pelinka using is psychic power to pull another miracle trade

  11. Yes. There’s always a GM/Coach who thinks they’ll be the ones to unlock someone’s talent.

  12. Literally trade them for anything, 2+ years of watching these clowns play basketball on this team
