The real standout is Emanuel Luna who is a top 10 international outfield prospect according to MLB.com. He just celebrated his 17th birthday Thursday and is listed at #8 among the top 50 international prospects. He signed for a $2.3 million dollar bonus. Overall, the St. Louis Cardinals had $8,034,900 in international pool money which is one of the highest in the league. Carlos Carrion received a $1.1 million dollar bonus.
