8. If the season ended the way it did and Micah wasnt hurt, then id say Matt should go.

   The team has been solid for many years with him and since the roster is still so young, i think 2-3 year window seems fair.

   I think Love progressed a lot this year and the receivers for the most part did as well. We need another back to complement jacobs, he’s very good, but not in the saquon, henry, robinson and taylor league.

I believe the Packers made a mistake by getting Parson, which they paid 186 million and for that reason they won’t be able to keep Raseed Walker or Romeo doubs even though he was our best receiver for 2025. 99% chance Matt LaFleur stays. I do think we should keep him one more year and finish the contract and depending on what he does for 2026 you can extend. It’s just not that many choices out there. Also 99% chance Walker and Doubs don’t come back😢 walker will be asking around 20 mil and Romeo will be asking around 12 mil. most of it it’s not on the coaches fault the Packers just always lacked on special teams and secondary team. They should also spend money, not only on special team coach and the secondary team, but also on a great kicker. these are things that caused them many wins and they’ve yet to learn.

I’m sure there are a lot of offensive coordinators defensive coordinators like Brian Flores who would love to have a head coaching job with the historic Green Bay Packers there’s somebody out there better than Matt Lafleur. I’ve watched this guy. I’ve been a packer fan since 64 and I’ve watched his play calling his mismanagement of time and everything that he does wrong. It can’t be excused. Matt LaFleur has done this season after season after season. He had the best opportunity to go to the Super Bowl when he had the 49ers at home and he couldn’t get the ball in the end zone from the 7 yard line because of his calling And last week against the Bears he causes a time out they come back on the field they can’t get to play and they have to waste another time out. This is what the floor does. He’s not at genius play collar like Shawn Payton or Andy Reid or Eric be enemy or Sean McVay these guys know how to play calls there’s no mystery to the Matt LaFleur play calling you can almost predict what he’s gonna do third down in 6 inches and he couldn’t get a first down that is bad. I’ve seen coaches in many sports like this. They may be a decent. Coach may be a good coach, but they’re not a great coach, and Matt LaFleur will never elevate himself to a great coach because he doesn’t know how he needs to step aside from the play calling. He’s like Mike McCarthy poor time management poor play calling McCarthy was lucky. He had a quarterback in Aaron Rodgers at the right time, but it’s time for Matt LaFleur if he’s gonna stay the Packer coach to turn the headphones at the clipboard over to an offensive coordinator who knows how to play call play look at Ben Johnson. Look what he’s done with the Bears offensive coordinator. That’s the type of guy the Packers need. I’m all for firing Matt LaFleur and I’ve had the same issue with Aaron Boone in baseball he’s run his course. He is not going to get the Yankees to the World Series and win one. Matt LaFleur will not get the Packers to the Super Bowl and win one it’s time to fire LaFleur end of story.

20. I agree, he stays being head coach. He continues to draw up his brilliant offensive plays, just not calling the games. You can design the offense and push scheme. But I 300% agree we need a much more aggressive effective, chess type play caller of an offensive coordinator

Matt Lafont is a good coach the problem is not Matt LaFollette the problem is that defense coordinator in that damn kicker start off by getting rid of that damn kicker he can't take that critical times you don't know how to keep putting points on the board the Packers already have the lead all he got to do is stay put parts on the board when you get the opportunity he can't do that he can't even kick a field goal after a touchdown he shit water lost that game with San Francisco by him doing the same thing can't quit points when his ass out the building that's the reason why I show me Peyton keep him in Denver cuz he know he shit water get some more tight ends Tucker craft is out get you another running back to go with Jacob that can break tackles in rent on any team you put him in front of a physical running back that's what you need running behind Jacob and get your nutty defense coordinator cuz that defense that he's running that's a one-man defense anytime you let Derrick Henry expose that defense with a rookie quarterback a defense shit water all that defense have is a bunch of names the Packers exposed the game plan too much and what's a team figure out what they doing is like they one dimensional help the team out at all electric I have everybody job on the line
