  1. Going into the season with the same interior o line as the previous season (for the most part) was a huge massive oversight by this staff. We didn’t address it in the draft whatsoever and added 1 player in free agency with an iffy background. I thought this staff was all about o line and protecting Hebert but their actions haven’t proven that in the slightest. We can’t let that happen again. If this staff keeps the same 3 guys in the middle I’ll refuse to watch. Firing Roman and the o line coach is a good start, but there is no excuse for allowing the same interior to play two years in a row, letting Herbert get hit that many times is disgusting. That being said, I’m still hopeful as always 😂 I just hope a lesson was learned.

  2. Justin Herbert hasn't been involved in any discussions with Harbaugh about the direction they should go with offensive coordinators shows Herbert's lack of leadership which we already knew

  3. All you whiny fans realize it takes more than 2 years to build a superbowl team right? Some of you fans want instant gratification immediatly yall like my fucking teenage kids lol

  4. Lets get Herbert offense back to top 5. If we lose minter i believe our defense will still be better then BS days. Solid draft and good free agency

  5. Underwhelming. Very disappointed hearing the answers from Coach & Hortiz. Didn’t instill a lot of confidence- Not hopeful for next season but hey we won 11 games.

  6. I understand you guys don’t wanna throw anybody under the bus, but can we just answer the questions? This is what accountability looks like. He’s clearly asking where specifically do we need to grow the most 11:33. I don’t know it’s a bit frustrating not getting an answer.

  7. There has to be a part 2 right…also Popper needs to be chilly..player evaluations come later, right now is the time to fix the coaching staff & front office.. Money asked better questions than the beat writer 😂😂⚡⚡

  8. Dont know how I feel that Herb is not giving input…. If Herb is not interested in giving input, maybe he doesn’t really care about winning? I feel like he does care about winning tho. I don’t get it

  9. Appreciate all the hard work folks from players to executives to coaches and staff etc.100% believe in Coach Harbaugh GM Hortiz and the Spanos to make the adjustments necessary. This is a championship group all working for one goal I truly believe that. Good luck and continued success in free agency and the upcoming draft! Sincerely thank you! ⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡

  10. OL depth absolutely killed us this season. Herbert was playing out of his mind while getting hurt every other game. Fix that and this team can make a deep playoff push.

  11. Coach Harbaugh I respect and admire your warchest and accolades, most certainly very deserving. I have followed your career and feel fortunate too have you as our Head Coach. It just seems that we're repeating history, we have mastered the one and done club and can't seem too get past that. It usually stems from injuries which do happen in a full contact sport. It's just this man's opinion but our backups or 2nd stringers should be every bit as much strong talent as our starters. Maybe this is old thinking, but that doesn't mean it's not effective. Just me thinking out loud

  12. The Chargers is a subtractive place for an OC cause it's a playoffs team and the problem of the Offense is just very minimal. You have the QB , WR, RB.. just the Oline and improve Offensive plays

  13. At this point, don't ask Harbaugh 💩 because he's a rambling cliche machine. Stick to Hortiz, coordinators and the players. Warning Just like Marty, that act doesn't age well. Rhetoric without results is corny. Give me a crotchety Belicheck instead of that Lou Holtz senile talk.
