I found it interesting that KOC mentions Herb Jones has not been playing much lately and that he and his team would like a move to a contender (despite Pelicans front office deeming him untouchable). Pelicans could be willing to trade him for the right price

KOC is goofy but I follow the Pelicans pretty closely it has felt like Herb wants out. Doesn’t mean anything gets done but worth monitoring.

Well damn. KOC is plugged in. I didn’t think there was this much traction on trading for Herb Jones. Very excited by this.
New Orleans is probably bluffing about not trading him, but we’ll see if they’ll lower their asking price to an amount that Pelinka can get to. Even if Herb himself wants out, who knows what Dumars intends on doing.
The best we can offer would be Knecht, Adou, Maxi/Gabe (for the salary), and the 2031 pick for Herb Jones. Basically a future pick and Queen timeline prospects. Here’s hoping they’re interested.
