Doesn’t really match the eye test imo. Gave up tons of rushes, PK wasn’t good, very undisciplined game.

Yea I disagree with this after watching the game. I think Buffalo outplayed us. I also Hink the refs weren’t great but didn’t cost us the game.

We got Tage Thompson’ed… and the rest of the Sabres played really well around him. Not once did I, nor I imagine anyone else who watched that game, think we deserved to win it.

A lot of bad bounces went against the Habs tonight, but they also shot themselves in the foot with penalties and bad execution.
I hate this stupid stat and I hate how some fans lean on it believing it to be unquestionably true. I suspect that factors into more than a few of the unhinged meltdowns we see in the GDT during frustrating losses.
Positive- Could be a potential playoff series if Buffalo clinches a spot this year

These meters I’ve lost all faith in because we skated circles around Washington for 2 periods and we had like 10% but this game buffalo was caving us in most the game putting offensive zone pressure on idk how anybody saw last night and said we deserved to win
