None of their offensive philosophy under Nick is supported by analytics.
“Don’t turn the ball over and you win” is not analytics, that’s just Nick not understanding the difference between correlation and causation.
The front office on the other hand has a good handle on analytics which is why it must drive them absolutely insane that Nick manages games this way.
He will obviously be a part of it I just don’t think it will be his decision to make.

His biggest flaw is when its time to be involved he’s nowhere to be found and somehow when he’s not needed, he finds a way to appear.
If I had a nickel for every team with a billionaire’s son who run the analytics departments, I’d have at least 2 nickels, etc.
I used to laugh at my wife for watching trash reality shows on Netflix with manufactured drama. After watching this Eagles coaching/OC/QB drama play out for the last few weeks I realize we’re no better.

You mean to tell me Nick alone doesn’t hire the OCs with no input from Howie and vice versa and they actually work TOGETHER to select them!!!!!!!

What does Nick do? He doesn’t go after Howie’s job and try to box him out. He doesn’t pull a Chip Kelly stunt.
