I’ll admit, at the start I wasn’t thrilled to have Bones, but it’s been great to see him playing with energy on both ends. Prior to Minnesota, there were questions being asked about his defense. Safe to say he’s changed that narrative and it just goes to show, sometimes a change of scenery is all it takes for a player to get better.
We love to critique the Timberwolves in this sub, but I think we should give props to this team’s energy and vibe. I consider us lucky to have such a positive locker room and it’s been pretty solid for a few years now. Props to Connelly’s ability to identify players that bring that positive energy, also credit to Ant and the other senior players who continue to set the standard.
