  4. Kubiak isn't a little more reserved it's completely reserved. N that's what I keep hearing even from ppl from Seattle. That would be a big mistake.

  17. Him not bringing orr shows he signed orr because he was a safe selection not to take his job. He put job security over team success. Orr signing made absolutely no sense and I hated it from day one.

  25. I’m a little worried we are taking too long with this process. We’ve wasted ALOT of time interviewing REALLY unserious options… By the time we are ready to decide there may not be many great coaches left… Atlanta is supposed to offer Kubiak already and we haven’t even really interviewed him…

  27. I like Flores, Vance Joseph, and Mike McDaniel all for Head Coach position! I’m Ravens since 1996 so I’m still a Defensive minded fan, but I Love Lamar and I know we gotta get the most out of him. But Defense wins Super Bowels. Look at the Eagles and look at the current playoffs, the Defensive teams are dominating!! Peace ✌🏾 bro 😎

  28. I think 400+ pound DT Desmond Watson would be an INSANE trade from the buccs. Dude is a fridge & they haven't used him yet, waived him & signed to practice squad.. we need a BIG BIG man with out Buikes & Micheal Pierce!

I mean shih dudes gone we went over it thanks for everything John but damn we covering him going to the giants as if that’s any importance to our team he’s honed everyone needs to move on to who our next prospect is and stop worrying about every detail with him.

  33. We need a top notch elite pass rusher we can spend 2nd, 3rd and 4th round picks on the line but we need to draft either a top tier elite pass rusher and/or trade for a premier one! Please our pass rush has been a joke! and please will we get some coaches and coordinators to develop Mike Green and Tavius Robinson so they can hit their true potential and beyond as well as get some new scouts to look for draft talent we need a complete overhaul in this organization from top to bottom when it comes to Coaches and scouts! I hope the Ravens resign Alohi Gilman and Dremont Jones as well they played well this season

  37. Real question. Is Zac or leaving the harbaugh tree because he feels like he makes a name without him. Did Harbaugh have to much control over the defense?

  38. I think Kevin Stefanski is actually great. Him and Robert Saleh are prob the highest floor and near the highest ceiling
    Secondly. Can you imaging the trolling we could do if we won a superbowl with him and browns didnt. Best games of the year. Two times a year

  40. Some ppl started talking bad about Linderbaum. Hes a great center. And really fun to watch if he isnt making up for two knuckle heads beside him.

  41. Ryan, I was doing good with the list until you got to Kevin Stephanski. All these young and innovative talents, I would be so disappointed if we chose Stephanski.

  42. No to Brian Flores goung to Pitt that would be hell on eart his scheme always gives Lamar trouble. Flores is at the top of my list I think him and Lamar would Vibe. And I like his scheme better than Salehs fits Baltimore culture. Saleh runs alot of zone cover 3. Flores is alot of disguises not knowing which player is blitzing etc

  43. I want Saleh at head coach but only if he can bring McDaniel with him for OC…I'm also interested in Kubiak…you'd have to think that McDaniel would love to call plays for Lamar…I think Saleh McDaniel would be my favorite combination of coach/offensive coordinator

  44. You know who my favorite defensive coordinator would be, like if we can get Kubiak as head coach….with Rex Ryan as defensive coordinator, man I'll tell you what, I'd fking love that…Rex would turn this defense around in a heartbeat

  45. EDC said priority #1 is getting that Lamar extension…once we do that, I fully expect this team to go hunting for pass rushers…it's absolutely gotta happen

Once we extend Lamar and free up that money, we can resign Likely, and if we can't agree with Linderbaum, franchise him…or we can franchise Likely, either one would be fine…gotta get one resigned tho…then I fully expect the Ravens to be major players in free agency and trade market this off-season…my dream would be Maxx Crosby, I think EDC can get him if he wants him bad enough…Lamar will not be in his prime 4ever tho, gotta get aggressive now
