  1. I think Klint Kubiak is the best option in my opinion. Without a proven qb we need an offensive minded coach to help whoever starts at QB develop and flourish. With a defensive minded coach that makes that part more difficult and easier to fail. Also Klint has a good track record of good qb play when hes the OC

  2. Wasn’t Jeff Hafley who just gave up an 18 point lead to the bears in the playoffs days ago. My thought is if he can’t bring in the right plays for the defense what makes people think he could be a head coach. Chris Shula is my pick.

  3. Hafley's coaching career looks a lot like Don Shula, who played DB in the NFL and then was a DB coach at Virginia, and Kentucky before being hired by the Lions and then the Colts as a DB coach…Just Sayin, as an old Fin's fan I have a soft spot for DB coaches (except for Saban…though I don't blame him for leaving when he figured out without a top 5 QB, in the nfl you are just going to get your heads bashed in every sunday.

  4. Hafley? C'mon man, he couldnt even win at Boson College, and you want to hand him the keys to this franchise..the truth is, no coach worth a shit wants anything to do with this shit show..thats why we always hire finger crossers…another failure on the way

  5. Betting is taking into account Miami making the wrong decision again hence Hadley in the lead. You contradict yourself royally by saying Miami needs to double down with another hot coordinator. The Dolphins and the Raiders were teams of excellence and winning. Both have a different culture, and now the Raiders in Vegas share the same problem Miami has: the city. Waaay too many distractions for the players hence why u need a CEO type of HC not a coordinator, someone who can delegate. And previous HC experience is a must. No HC w/o experience has won in Miami regardless of sport: Shula, Riley, Leyland, McKeon, Maurice.

  6. Do not hire Jeff Haflry he’s a defense coordinator. He’s not a head coach maybe down the road he had his chance. But if I won Miami Dolphins right now you go hiring defensive coordinator at LA charger. Jesse Minter remind me of Mike McDaniel Seattle head coach very creative as a defense coordinator. Or Chris Shula those are the two names can be the head coach of the Miami Dolphins.
