Am I missing something? How is the 28th best scoring OC getting interviews with playoff teams?

Just due diligence, we just interviewed Antonio Pierce and he was terrible
Honestly, Philly makes a lot of sense, given what we’ve seen this year from both them and us.
Zac Robinson would actually be an insane upgrade over the Eagles OC, but I think a random person who plays madden after work probably would be also

“You see when the pistol formation is properly utilized, it opens up your entire offense to be explosive, like a gun. That’s why they call it the pistol you know…”
As much as we crap on Zac, and he was really bad this year, he’s well considered in league circles. Was all of our offensive woes on Zac? Hell no, but I really really dont see what other teams see in the guy.
Tampa Bay is obvious – “What did you see when you were scheming against us? How about the Panthers and Saints? What do you perceive as the Falcons’ weaknesses? Does Bijan have any?”
Zac turned a corner at the end and the league saw it. alas, reddit did not. and so we’re here talking about Kevin Stefanski.
Hell yeah, FlyEaglesFly. He’s the guy!! He’ll unlock Saquan the way he unlocked Bijan!!
The reason why 10 head coaches and even more coordinators are fired every year is that a lot of teams want to try the same things over again and expect different results. Then when of course they fail they start over with the same intent.
I don’t think Zac Robinson is as bad of a oc as this sub is making him out to be.
He did outstanding . The 28th number came from all the players . He was incredible (let this fucking happen)
This is not an endorsement, but ZC was top 10 in rushing, red zone %, and sack rate, all are things the Eagles would be looking to improve. Sure, these are cherry picked but still important enough to warrant talking to the guy.
Who cares, so long as he’s not in Atlanta next year.
There saying they don’t think he was the problem that we were lol
Once you get your foot in the door of the NFL, you’re usually in for life
Zac needs to write a hefty check and a thank you note to Bijan.
Like my grandpa used to tell me… It’s not about WHAT you know, it’s about WHO you know.
Because they think ATL had a qb problem and not an OC problem.
I hate Philly. Let him leave 🙏🏻
I’ve been down on most coaches but I honestly just think he’s average not terrible. But I also think neither Penix or Cousins will ever be an effective starter in the league again so I view him from that lens.
That said, teams are likely just casting a wide net and ZR ends up at QB coach again.
The same reason people on here want a shitty coach from Cleveland that won 5 games in the last two years… some people lack common sense
Brian Callahan is getting interviews. Everything is in play.
I can’t believe teams are calling for him. I hope he goes to Philly they always give us problems in the playoffs it would be nice not to see him in the playoffs. I really think those fans in Philly would riot if the see Zach in action lol
As much as I love to shit on him, you have to start somewhere.
He has some experience so that could be attractive to others.
If they hire him the hope would be he would use Saquaon like we used Bijan and get him back to elite status.
They likely assume that most of the Falcons offensive woes are due to a 3rd string starting right tackle, poor QB play, and poor production from the WR2 and WR3 positions.
Who cares? Him joining another team is a good thing
McVay pedigree, that’s it
Yet you want to hire Kevin Stefanski who had an offense that ranked lower.
Because the management skills required of being a head coach aren’t necessarily the same as being a good offensive or defense coordinator
