Maaaaan don’t nobody want Stefanski , he’s an okay option but I’d rather have Kubiak . He will get this offense rolling fasho
Hard pass on Stefanski. IF your looking for a culture change do you really want Cleveland's culture. TBH it does not really matter though they missed the boat with Harbaugh and unless you can coax Tomlin to our sidelines then all the candidates left are B/C tier and will burn out in 2-3 years. Not a great start for Ryan's regime. The Raheem Morris debacle has really set the franchise back a couple of years.
30th wedding anniversary at age 49? That is hardcore, brother! Respect! Hope you have 30 more.
People were wondering why the Falcons didnt make any moves at the trade deadline. Im almost positive its because thats when Raheem and Terry were effectively fired and Blank did not want them to be able to trade away future picks, sign free agents or trade for players that would potentially damage the future for the team and make them less of a good destination for a new HC and GM
Kubiak is the only real choice.
The fan base will suffer if we hire Stefanski. For obvious reasons if you've followed NFL football this year.
But for some reason you guys didn't address it.
Interesting
I think "we have to find a way" is in Finns nightmares HAHAHA..
Kubiak.
Bottom line you podcast people say Raheem and Fontuno didn't know what they were doing but what they left was a attractive foundation of what a team was supposed to be. You cut the people off in the 2nd year of there rebuild because you doubt the mentality of a black Gm and head coach . This is my black opinion to your white opinion
All the top HCs got fired so that don’t make sense
I don't think the rumors of McDaniel losing the locker room are accurate
Klint Kubiak
My feelings on each of these head coaching candidates are:
Anthony Weaver – Harbaugh can talk all he wants to about people "regretting" passing on him. Hes just being a nice guy, the Ravens passed on promoting Weaver to DC when Mike McDonald left so I dont wanna hear Harbaugh talking about passing on Weaver when he did it himself not 2 years ago.
Klint Kubiak – Who cares if hes a little awkward if he knows ball he can develop his personal skills and be fine. Raheem can have all the charisma in the world it cant win him a football game. Everyone was clowning Cohen and Sirianni when they got hired bc they were awkward in press conferences but nobody is laughing at them now when the Jags went straight to winning their division and the Eagles have multiple SB appearances and a win.
Kevin Stefanski – I dont care what anyone says about his coach of the year awards or that he was on the Browns, you know a failure when you see one. The only good unit on that team the entire time hes been there has been the defense despite him being an offensive coach. He has had 6 years to get the QB situation under control and the only good QB theyve had they traded while he was still on his rookie deal. A failure of a coach for a failure of an organization, NEXT
Robert Salah – I actually do fully believe hes a defensive savant and hes got loads of energy and a connection with Ulbrich already. Id just be concerned as to wether he can bring in the right people to handle the offense, because thats not an easy thing to do. I think we could keep Ulbrich as DC and get an offensive coach and still have a great defense.
Mike McDaniel – I dont really think hes a good fit as a HC in general. Hes a funny guy and hes a great offensive mind. I would just worry about his leadership skills when it comes to keeping players accountable and having a serious atmosphere during his time there. If we did bring in a guy like Salah I would happily have him here as our OC no question.
QB throws the ball away to avoid sack, stupid penalties, reduce first downs.
Oline insufficient ?
Cubiak for coach atl
The Falcons, not counting 2025, invested only in the offense, 6 years straight. Penix, Bijan, two offensive linemen, Drake, Kyle and the bookends are AJ and Jalon/James. We need a headcoach with imagination and an OC that can leverage all that talent. The defense, all though great this past season, was put together with a couple of steals and free agency but proved not be able to hold offenses with such an ineffective ATL Offense. Short drives, turnovers, and three and outs killed this team. Need more imagination beyond Bijan in the backfield, Bijan in the flats, Bijan across the middle and Bijan down the field.
I think these guys need to get drug tested if they think Kevin is the key is the guy for the Falcons, we have seen terrible decision-making from him when the game mattered the most, he can’t grow a quarterback or don’t even has a good eye for Talent if he really thought that Dillon Gabriel was better than Sanders no matter who decided to draft him, he is trash
Brothers, us natural born AT Alain's , Remember Matt Ryan Blowing The New England patriots Super Bowl Oppotunity , And Lead Lost.
Go get McCarthy
I want Stefanski and then Kubiak
whats the name of this show? FinCast? Then 4 eyes needs to STFU and let Fin talk.
Kubiak or Mike McCarthy ❤.
No to Stefanski🤨
Put simply, Stefanski is a LOSER. No thanks.
First let me say a hard no on any offensive coordinator who hasn’t called plays.
Hear me out. Robert Saleh as head coach. Keep Ulbrich as DC. Mike McDaniel as offensive coordinator.
Honestly surveying the coaching talent available I don’t know that you can get a better staff. Could Klint Kubiak be the guy? Maybe but you’re having to project that he can replicate his offensive success on top of becoming the head coach. I’m guessing in that scenario the Falcons would keep Ulbrich as DC.
But I think having Saleh on top makes Ulbrich even better. Then you have a head start on defense because they aren’t starting over.
As far as offense goes I don’t think there’s a better schemer available than McDaniel. He’s proven it. If he’s happier not being a head coach then all the better. That’d be the only downside is if he wants to eventually be a head coach again you’re risking him leaving. That’d be the biggest selling point of Kubiak.
I've always heard that defense wins championships
Well you can touch QB or wR so yeah OC headboard probably be the way to go
The guy said he does not like hiring head coaches that just got fired for the same position. Then immediately go all in with Stefani. Not only that. Didn’t want Sanders, now Sanders’s their franchise qb. He had many qbs that went on to thrive after leaving Cleveland (Baker Baker Mayfield and Joe Flacco in Cincinnati). Stefani does not fit Atlanta. Keep him away at all cost. The quickest way to lose a fanbase. Kubiak or another offensive juggernaut.
Stefanski is a joke…. Kubiak is the best option…. Id rather have a great new Headcoach than a Headcoach with a losing record
