Recommend watching the full podcast not just the clips. What they’re saying makes sense. We have too many holes to bring in a rookie qb and kill his career. As much as I want Mendoza and as much as I think he could be the guy for us. He’s gonna die behind that OLine we have now.
DC is full of it. He knows FA is before the draft. Spend that money on the O-Line, DE, FS, slot corner. Get a good O-Line coach and a top OC and DC. Mendoza at #1 and let's play ball. A lot of the holes that they have can be covered with good coaching

The raiders 2013 and 14 were better than what we are now Carson Palmer just left us with Tyrell pryor and we still looked competitive we just didn't build around or embrace a poor man's Lamar type offense
David Carr who was amazing in college and look good in the NFL bad team aside, is a prime example why we are not ready for Mendoza not to mention we still don't have our offensive minded head coach or OC on the roster yet
