  1. This is my dream offseason
    OC: Daboll/Zac Robinson/Brian Callahan
DC: Minter, Jeff Ulbrich, Brian Flores, Raheem Morris

    Free agents:

    Offense
    • Joe Flacco — 1yr $4M (2026 only)
    • Brian Robinson — 2yr $10M ($5M / yr)
    • Keaton Mitchell — 1yr $1.5M

    • Isaac Seumalo — 2yr $20M ($10M / yr)
    • Evan Neal — 1yr $1M
    • Conor McGovern — 3yr $48M ($16M / yr)
    • Brady Christensen — 2yr $6M ($3M / yr)

    Defense
    • Dashawn Hand — 1yr $1.5M
    • Teair Tart — 2yr $18M ($9M / yr)
    • Odafe Oweh — 3yr $51M ($17M / yr)
    • Khalil Mack — 1yr $16M
    • Bobby Wagner — 1yr $8M
    • Del’Shawn Phillips — 1yr $1M

Idk if Mack wants to play but if he doesn’t I’d look into trading Quentin Johnston for Michael Pittman and extend him to a restructured contract. We could also wait and see if he gets cut, Indy might like Pierce over Pittman.

Perfect draft for me is trading back and receiving another top 100 pick and a later round pick.
We could draft OL round 1, other top 100 picks we should target a DT, Safety, corner, and if Mack leaves we need to find a 3rd pass rusher which would be tricky to do. Later picks grab another TE and possibly a cover linebacker that can also play special teams.

  2. I think the main problem will be replacing Jesse Minter. Also, I'm not too down on the receiving corp, 4 receivers with 700+ yards. That's pretty good. The problem is the O-Line.

  3. With all due respect, the problem in LAC is not Herbert not having developed as a QB. He is an elite talent and a seasoned operative. He needs to be in a scheme where the WRs can get open and where the OC can come up with protection with a banged up oline; quick pass options, quick game, screens, etc instead of long-developing continual offensive plays where Justin had no one to throw to before getting hit. He has to have an OC who can outscheme the defense, who can prepare the offense to expect what the D might do and how to outscheme it.

  4. The CHARGERS need a OFFENSIVE LINE COACH THAT GOING TO TRAIN THE OFFENSIVE LINE TO ATTACK THE DEFENSIVE PLAYERS AND PUSH THEM BACK WARDS TO GIVE THE QB SOME TIME TO FIND HIS OPEN WR'S TO PASS TO GET A BIG FIRST DOWNS TO TOUCH DOWNS TO WIN THE GAMES, GO CHARGERS GO TO GET TO THE SUPER BOWL 🏈.

  5. Chargers still need to sign a great rookie center because if history has proved anything, we can't trust our big money or big name players staying healthy. It's the Charger's curse. I think it's okay if we still draft high on a center and develop him for a few years.

  6. Perfect Offseason plan:
    Keep Minter
    Sign Rivers as OC
    Linderbaum, yea, sure
Draft a ton of linemen, at least 3/4 IOL, a couple DL
Target an actual X receiver in FA

  7. I like Tre Harris, but I'm not sold on Quentin Johnston. I'd draft a WR to develop, but I go get A.J. Brown. He just needs QB who can get him the ball, which Herbert can definitely do. Then he'll be as happy as a bear with honey.

  8. Bruh What was the point of firing Greg Roman if they hire Brian daboll??? Might as well re hire Brandon stailey as well🤦🏼‍♂️ Brian daboll sucks man!!

  9. i feel its not as much about unlocking herbert, but building a good offensinve system that focuses on easier passes, quick passing game, more efficiency rhythm and timing. Need way more of that to build some versatility and a creative passing game, herbert could play at 70% unlocked but with the conditions and a decent oline he can win a couple playoff games for sure.

  10. Listen: we must find a center that can push the pile 2 yards even against the strongest D players. That alone will win games maybe even a Superbowl when it's 4th and 1 on the goal line. Think about it.
